Following are the steps to be carried out for addition of business place under DVAT

Process for addition of Business place under DVAT

The documents required for amendment of registration are:-

  • Original DVAT Certificate.
  • Rent Agreement with the owner/ Rent Receipt. 
  • Ownership Proof of Additional Place of Business.

Additional Document required in case of Companies:-

Resolution for acquiring Additional Place Of Business and authorizing a Director/ Authorised Signatory 

to file DVAT 07 and get the amended RC issued from the DVAT Dept.
